It is unusual for EN to entertain so called "conspiracy theories" yet I believe that the freeing of mankind could very well be influenced by the impact of a new technology called HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program). This technology directs a billion watts of scalar energy into the Earth or the Earth's atmosphere.
