Kabbalah is an ancient Jewish mystical school of thought that teaches the following points:
- Reality is composed of several layers or worlds of spiritual awareness.
- Each layer or world is accompanied by an unfathomable increase in the bliss that one experiences in that world.
- We can only see what is in our world because we cannot handle the bliss of the worlds above us. Yet, the actions of these worlds filter down to all the worlds below.
- The creator is in the highest world. He is hidden from most of us because the creator only gives unconditionally. Most of us are in a world where we can only take. The higher, successive world's are partly defined by how much more we give without expectation.
- One rises into higher worlds through study of the Kabbalah and the sincere desire to evolve consciously.
