Enlightenment Network is showcasing a new video named, Where Buddhism Meets Science. It is the most artful and convincing piece of spiritual video work that I have seen to date. But what stuck in my mind besides the video's obvious profound message was that it was created by a young man named Gerald Penilla who happens to be 26 years old.
In this age of rampant transformation, wrinkles don't always equate to wisdom. In fact, it seems the young are awakening faster than any other age group. Jesus knew what he was talking about when he said the children shall lead. And lead they shall. Their energies are not being wasted prepping themselves for a corporate America that may not exist a few years from now. Many are facing the rising cost of college and asking themselves, “Do I really need to be learning obsolete mental constructions while the most profound change in mankind is taking place?”
Many of Gerald's age group are seeing beyond all the old belief systems. Their sense of place and time has been influenced by an environment of unprecedented access to information and breakneck change. Most social revolutions were fueled with the energy of college aged youth. Now the most profound revolution in human history is being catalyzed by those in Gerald's generation.
Those of Gerald's age group have less invested in our current “System.” These young hearts are willing to go much further, transcending the darkness into the innate knowing of their higher purpose, conveying no doubts that the way of the unrestrained ego is over. From their efforts, a new system will arise that will be far more evolved than before.
Youth like Gerald are motivated by a mission that arises from the heart. The Heart Math Institute tells us that the heart produces a magnetic field that is 5000 times as powerful as the field created by the brain. Just think, most of western civilization has been a result of human brains motivated by fear. Can you imagine the powerful change that will result from a fearless generation fueling a revolution from their heart? This is the generation that will solve problems that currently seem insolvable. This is the generation that will be instrumental in not only saving our species but helping us evolve into something greater than we can even fathom.
Thankfully, the internet has linked this generation to each other with a solid connection that has never been experienced before... This is where Gerald Penilla released his gift to the world straight from his heart... and here we are the older generation thanking him from the bottom of ours...
